What is the currency of all your prices? TOP

All prices are quoted in CANADIAN (CAD$) dollars. Paypal will provide the exchange rate for other currencies. For a quick currency conversion estimate, use the Universal Currency Converter



What materials are your products made of? TOP
All of our products are made with High Quality SOLID 925 Sterling Silver or 14K Gold, and are stamped with 925 or 14K hallmarks respectively. Some of our products also include materials such as Swarovski crystals, Mother of Pearl, Leather, Enamel and Semi-Precious stones. The beads and bracelets are manufactured in Thailand and most are designed in the US and CANADA.



What is the warranty on your products? TOP

The products under warranty are *ONLY* for Ohm Beads branded products.

ONE-Year Ohm Beads Warranty

Your Ohm Beads Jewellery comes with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty. Chiyopia Inc. will only honor the Ohm Beads warranty for items that have been purchased at Chiyopia.com. Warranty claims on Ohm Beads items not purchased at Chiyopia.com should be returned to that same dealer, not to Chiyopia. This warranty is extended only to you, as the purchaser of the product(s), and not to any subsequent owner of the products.

Manufacturer's Defects Covered Under Warranty:
Broken clasps, improperly threaded charms, missing gemstones, soldering abnormalities and breakage from porosity.

Normal wear and tear is not covered under the warranty, including, but not limited to: Cracked, chipped or etched glass charms, bent or damaged clasps that are the result of improper opening or closing, kinked or stretched bracelets or necklaces, damaged, faded or stretched leather items. The warranty also does not cover items that have reacted with chemicals, including but not limited to pools, hot tubs, spas, rubber products, household cleaners, hairsprays or perfumes.

Please note that oxidized Jewelry is meant to fade into an antique patina as it is worn. The effect of water, wearing lots of charms and wearing multiple bracelets will speed up this process. The warranty does not cover items that have lost their oxidization.

Warranty claims can be handled at any authorized Ohm Beads retailer when you are able to show a receipt to show that you are still within the 1-year time frame. If you think you have a warranty issue please contact us. Please note that items that are determined to be covered under warranty will be replaced free of charge but you will still be charged for shipping fees.

What do those images beside the [Add to Cart] buttons mean? TOP
In order to better our quality of service, we have a real-time stock checker for each product that we offer. Below is a description on what each icon represents:

  The product is IN STOCK.
  The product is LOW IN STOCK (only a few left).
  The product is BACKORDERED. Backordered items will usually become available again in 3-5weeks.

Is there any tax on the products? TOP
All Canadian residents pay the HST in their province, for example, residents who reside in the province of Ontario pay 13% HST, or for British Columbia it is 12% HST. No tax is charged to non-residents of Canada.



What payment methods do you accept? TOP
We gladly accept Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Discover through PayPal (you do not require a PayPal account) and PayPal as well (if you have an account). We do not store any Credit Card information on our site, PayPal secure gateway takes care of SSL encryption of sensitive data on their servers. For more security, we also employ a 256-bit SSL server certificate on our checkout pages.

When do you ship out the orders? TOP
We ship out the orders usually within 1 business day after receiving order information and payment. If orders are in by 12pm, we ship on the same day.

Is insurance included in your shipping? TOP
Yes, shipping insurance is include for the FULL amount of your order where specified.

Do you provide a tracking number for shipping? TOP
Yes, we provide a tracking number with every shipment, except for Registered mail shipments.

What is your return policy? TOP

If you are not fully satisfied with the quality of our products, we offer a 30 DAY 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. This offer is subject to the following conditions:
  • Applies only to products, shipping is non refundable. All SAMPLES are excluded from this guarantee and are FINAL SALE.
  • Period is within 30 days of purchase date.
  • Items must be in perfect, brand new condition and returned in original packaging.
  • All original packing materials and accessories must also be included and in perfect condition.
  • Returned items must be shipped prepaid to Chiyopia Returns.
  • Returned items shipped COD or shipping charges collect will not be accepted.
  • Returned items that do not meet the above conditions will be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee
